2. Nature of Service

ShreeMoney provides personalized financial planning based on mathematical projections and user-provided data.

This service:

  • Focuses on financial clarity and goal planning

  • Does not include investment advice, product recommendations, or execution

You understand that this is not a substitute for regulated financial advisory services.

3. User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • All information submitted is accurate and complete

  • Any decisions you make based on the plan are your responsibility

  • ShreeMoney is not liable for outcomes arising from incorrect inputs

4. Delivery Timeline

  • The financial plan will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving complete and accurate information

  • Delays caused due to incomplete or unclear inputs are not the responsibility of ShreeMoney

5. Pricing & Payments

  • The service is offered at a one-time fee of ₹2499

  • Payment must be made in full before the plan is processed

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation is allowed only before submitting your financial details

  • Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Financial planning involves assumptions such as:

  • Inflation

  • Income growth

  • Market returns

ShreeMoney does not guarantee:

  • Wealth creation outcomes

  • Goal achievement timelines

  • Accuracy of future projections

The plan is a guidance tool, not a prediction.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShreeMoney shall not be held liable for:

  • Any financial losses

  • Investment decisions taken independently

  • Actions taken based on the plan

Your use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The financial plan provided is for personal use only

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the plan without permission

10. Communication

By using this service, you agree to receive:

  • Transaction-related messages

  • Plan delivery updates

No spam. Only what’s necessary.

11. Modifications

ShreeMoney reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
