1. Nature of Service

ShreeMoney provides a digital, personalized financial planning service based on user-provided inputs. Since each plan is custom-built, it cannot be reused or reassigned once created.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your request only before submitting your details form.

• Once the form is submitted and processing has started, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund will be issued if:

  • You cancel before submitting your financial details

  • ShreeMoney is unable to deliver your plan within 24 hours (excluding delays caused by incomplete inputs)

• No refund will be issued if:

  • The plan has already been delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by you

  • You change your mind after receiving the plan

4. Clarifications & Revisions

• One round of clarification is included with your plan

• Minor corrections based on input errors can be requested within 48 hours of delivery

• This does not include a full rework of the plan

5. Service Scope Disclaimer

• This service includes financial planning calculations only

• It does not include investment advice, product recommendations, or execution support

• Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes driven by assumptions or market conditions
